Divided into neighborhoods with distinct characters and cultural heritages, San Diego sits just north of the Mexican border and offers visitors a blend of tourist attractions, including a lively nightlife, diverse cuisine, and a thriving musical scene.
Your itinerary includes some good beach time at La Jolla Cove and Mission Beach Park. Get outdoors at Black's Beach and Children's Pool. Step out of San Diego with an excursion to Self-Realization Fellowship Hermitage in Encinitas--about 32 minutes away. Start off your visit on the 29th (Tue): don't miss a visit to Pacific Grove Oceanview Boulevard, then immerse yourself in nature at Asilomar State Beach, and then immerse yourself in nature at Point Lobos State Reserve.
