Lincoln Road and Espanola Way are good opportunities to explore the local culture. For shopping fun, head to Sawgrass Mills or Bayside Marketplace. Fifth Avenue and Statue of Liberty National Monument are good opportunities to explore the local culture. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Long Beach and Fire Island National Seashore. Change things up with these side-trips from New York City: Gateway National Recreation (in Sandy Hook) and Jones Beach State Park (in Wantagh).
