Carmel-by-the-Sea, often simply referred to as Carmel, is a city in Monterey County, California, United States, founded in 1902 and incorporated on October 31, 1916. Start off your visit on the 11th (Wed): take an in-depth tour of National Steinbeck Center, kick back and relax at Lovers Point, and then appreciate the extensive heritage of Pacific Grove Oceanview Boulevard. A town of hot springs and wine, Paso Robles (or "Pass of the Oaks") feels like a desert paradise to those who travel here.
Start off your visit on the 13th (Fri): examine the collection at Estrella Warbird Museum, then admire the architecture and history at Mission San Miguel Arcangel, then gain insight at Studios on the Park, and finally do a tasting at Castoro Cellars.
