Escape the urban bustle at Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve and Audubon Zoo. Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Royal Street and Faulkner House Books. Take a break from New Orleans with a short trip to Nature & Wildlife Tours in Slidell, about 48 minutes away.
