For most people, any mention of Orlando immediately conjures up images of sprawling theme parks filled with characters plucked right out of popular animated movies.Shop till you drop at Orlando International Premium Outlets and Disney Springs. You'll get in some beach time at Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum and Lighthouse Point Park. Get out of town with these interesting Orlando side-trips: Homosassa (Alpaca Magic USA & The Glass Garage), Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park (in Homosassa Springs) and Cocoa Beach (Ron Jon Surf Shop & Cocoa Beach). There's lots more to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Beach at Daytona Beach, get a dose of the wild on a nature and wildlife tour, look for all kinds of wild species at Wildlife Areas, and try out the rides at World of Disney.
