Friday Harbor

The tiny town of Friday Harbor is the largest village on the San Juan Islands, and it fits within just 2.6 km (1 sq mi) of space.
On the 12th (Sun), examine the collection at The Whale Museum, make a trip to English Camp, and then see majestic marine mammals with a dolphin and whale watching tour. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 13th (Mon): experience rural life at Pelindaba Lavender Farm, then look for all kinds of wild species at Lime Kiln Point State Park, and then take in the dramatic natural features at Cattle Point.

Seattle to Friday Harbor is an approximately 1-hour flight. You can also ride a ferry; or do a combination of flight, taxi, and ferry.
