Visiting Jenkinson's Boardwalk and Gateway National Recreation will get you outdoors. Step out of New York City to go to Bronx and see Bronx Zoo, which is approximately 42 minutes away. Next up on the itinerary: wander the streets of Times Square, go for a walk through Central Park, and enjoy breathtaking views from Empire State Building.
