Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
Kick off your visit on the 8th (Sun): meet the residents at Seattle Aquarium, then admire the masterpieces at Chihuly Garden and Glass, and then don't miss a visit to Space Needle. On the next day, examine the collection at The Museum of Flight, wander the streets of Pike Place Market, then pause for some photo ops at Fremont Troll, and finally take a leisurely stroll along Hiram M. Chittenden Locks.

Atlanta to Seattle is an approximately 6.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and train. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 3 hours traveling from Atlanta to Seattle.
