A tiny town with big tourist appeal, Pigeon Forge bills itself as the "Center of Fun in the Smokies." Just a short drive from the national park protecting the diverse plant and animal life of the Great Smoky Mountains, the town features numerous places to visit, such as bars, restaurants, cafes, theaters, and shops.
On the 10th (Tue), see the interesting displays at Titanic Museum Attraction, steep yourself in history at Walker Sisters' Cabin, then sample the fine beverages at Sugarlands Distilling Company, and finally admire nature's wide array of creatures at Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. On the 11th (Wed), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: sample the fine beverages at Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine, admire all the interesting features of Cades Cove, and then take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Mount LeConte.
