  • I love the mini train ride and the botanic garden. The spring water swimming pool is famous. I didn't go swimming but spent some time in the small information room next door.  more »

  • One of the best attractive places in Austin city. It was the first time that I visited that city and my experience was great. I enjoyed very much with my family and suggest every one to visit that city for sure. I had no enough time to check out every places in this aria, but the rowing dock club. I suggest surely to do rowing boats for every one because I love it and it's a fantastic adventure and sport.
  • This is a really nice park. There are trails with beautiful views of the water that are great for walking or jogging. There's plenty of large open space for playing sports or playing with the dogs. You can rent kayaks or canoes to take on the river. There are good places to relax in the shade. Pretty much something for anyone that enjoys the outdoors.
  • We had a wonderful time at the Festival of Lights. Despite it being brutally cold, there were so many fun activities to do along the way and lots of hot cocoa and warm food to keep us toasty. The price was extremely reasonable I wouldn't even have been upset if it would have been more. The money went to a great cause something if I'm ever back in the area again would totally do!
  • Bike riding across the park!! 3 hours of so awesome! It was raining, which was fun. Across the river, some good food spots. Can even get to the spring if you have decent enough stamina. And depending on ur starting point. Got to play around a little in the water too. Recommended if you like hiking and biking and visiting Austin.
  • Had a wonderful time, got to suntan on the rocks. Was the best date day I could have asked for. River was cold but totally refreshing. Would definitely recommend for readily or a date day. Beautifully kept.
