National Corvette Museum, Bowling Green

At National Corvette Museum, you'll see over 70 Corvette models and concept cars as well as company history exhibits. Browse through thousands of photographs, movies, videos, and memorabilia. Have lunch or a snack at the 1950s-inspired Corvette Cafe, with grilled items, sandwiches, wraps, soups, and salads. • Well worth the stop in our way down to Florida! If you even remotely enjoy cars you should stop. All kinds of very interesting models of corvettes. My husband was in heaven and I loved it as well. The history is very interesting. We only had 45 minutes before close by the time we got there due to weather conditions. We got through it all in that time and picked up a few things at the gift shop. We could have spent hours though reading through all of the information displayed.
  • Multiple "THUMBS UP" and 10 Stars to boot. This is a most excellent roadside attraction. Can't miss the huge yellow can with a red swizzle stick. Very friendly staff. The ticket is a great bargain when compared with most attractions. I felt like I got way more than my money's worth. My daughter loved it as well. Now she wants a Corvette!
  • I made an impromptu stop today at the National Corvette Museum. My best friend who lives on the west coast is a huge Corvette guy so thought I would get him a baseball hat from the museum. What a surprise this museum was to me - so much so I took the tour. In short you should go if for nothing else the Americana of it. Then you will find out the fascinating history around the Corvette and the year over year changes and innovations. Like a walk through history since 1952 plus a section on local history as well.
  • I had a great time here. The museum is filled with corvettes (1953-present) and memorabilia. The museum does a great job on explaining the sinkhole event from 2014, and displays damaged and restored corvettes from it. Every corvette generation is here from Blueflame I6 C1s to the brand new C7 Z06's in the lobby. The gift shop is a great place to be for Chevrolet fans. If you are into cars, this is a great place to go.
  • What a fun little side trip on our way home. It's well worth being sidetracked. The history of the Corvette and the vehicles donated to represent the era's were amazing. Then walking into area of the museum to see the sink hole and the damage to the cars was mind blowing.
