Skydeck Chicago - Willis Tower, Chicago

4.2
Take a look at Chicago from the top of Skydeck Chicago - Willis Tower, the second tallest building in the country. Still called "Sears Tower" by most locals, the 108-story building looms over the city with a height of 442 m (1,451 ft). One of the world's tallest freestanding structures, the skyscraper features an observation deck on the 103rd floor. The popular skydeck is 412 m (1,353 ft) high, offering unobstructed views of Chicago and its sprawling suburbs. On clear days, the vista stretches far over the Illinois plains and across Lake Michigan, all the way to Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan. For a dizzying look from a glass-floored ledge jutting out into the air, get in line for the high-speed elevator to the top. • There's not much to say about the sky deck. You want to look at Chicago from above? Go there. You need rush of adrenaline from standing in a glass box hundreds of meters above the city? Go there. But ...  more »
  • Went at about 8p, so got to see Chicago and the surrounding area at night. Beautiful view! Not that freaked out about standing on a piece of glass several hundred feet above the street. Checked the Tr...  more »
  • On a clear day this is a must do. If you do it first thing in the am when they open you can get away with regular admission. If not do the fast pass, it will save you time. Once your up there getting ...  more »

  • Very nice experience, you can see 4 states from the floor 103 and they have a glass floor so you can see all the way down. I’ll recommend you to go visit it during a week day because they are pretty busy during the weekend. Get the city pass so you can save money and skip the line. Great place to see the whole city of Chicago.
  • Had a lot of fun here. Walking out onto the deck is a breathtaking experience. Photo ops are fantastic. We had the CityPass, so we were able to utilize the "fast pass" lines. Great if your goal is to get to the deck as quickly as possible. Took us about 15-20 minutes to get on elevator to go up. All in all, a must-have tourist experience if you haven't been to it previously.
  • Welcome to the 103rd floor of the Willis Tower. Skydeck Chicago is a must for both new visitors and Chicago natives alike. It features birds-eye views of the city you can't get elsewhere, and a clear day will bless you with views of 4 surrounding states. Plus, their on-site photographers will help you "selfie" the right way -- with options to get your photos printed there too. The best way to experience this place (along with other iconic Chicago places) is to purchase a City Pass. I skipped a 3-hour line here with mine, and timed my visit to be right on time with sunset. There's really no better way to experience so much of the city during a short visit, and save hundreds of dollars for your family in the process.
  • Opens a good view of Chicago. There are too many people on weekends. It is better to come on weekdays Открывается хороший вид на Чикаго. В выходные слишком много людей. Лучше приходить в будни
