  • This place is amazing. Go. It is completely worth it to pay the extra money to interact with the wolves! They are amazing powerful creatures. Can't say enough good things about this sanctuary and their other animals are cool is well. They have foxes and peacocks! Great time. It seemed family friendly as well.
  • We enjoyed the tour very much. The information was factual, interesting and highly engaging. But the opportunity to see the wolves was incredible. The animals were close and could be seen interacting with each other, the staff and the guests (of course behind their enclosures - not face to face). The message that wolves are a critical part of the ecosystem came through clearly but without preachiness. This is a Center with a valuable educational purpose.
  • This was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The alpha tour is 100% worth every moment. Being able to be that up close and personal with such amazing animals, and in the company of wonderful and knowledgeable staff and volunteers, is really what made it so great. Our photographer, Fish, was awesome, and so were all of the wolves. Getting kissed by a wolf is definitely something everyone should try.
  • This was me and my husband’s second visit to this facility, and our first time bringing our five-year-old boy. I can’t speak highly enough of this place and we just love it. Every single staff member was very friendly, and they were extremely accommodating to kids. The wolves were absolutely amazing. We went to a 4 PM tour so we could watch the staff feed them and it was so cool. Loved how the guide explained all the different personalities and backgrounds of the wolves. Our favorite part was listening to the wolves howl! Haunting and beautiful! They also have some adorable foxes and coyotes! Super cute gift shop with all sorts of great options for adults and kids alike, as well as coffee and snacks. As a wildlife advocate who would like to see my grandchildren live on a planet that still actually has some wild animals left, I am also very appreciative for all the information this facility gives on its tours as far as how to help the dwindling wolf populations. The people who run this place clearly care about these animals and all wildlife, and I am thankful for the wonderful service they provide. It’s a privilege to go here, and we can’t wait to go back.
  • What a terrific place! This is a wolf sanctuary, so you aren't allowed to just wander the place. You need to be on a tour. They do this to make sure visitors don't do anything to upset their wolf residents. I've visited a lot of zoos and wildlife parks, and so often the animals appear stressed (pacing, etc.). The wolves here appeared healthy and happy. Many were playing or chasing each other. We saw mating behavior (although the males are neutered.). My husband and I did a feeding tour. We tagged along with a guide while she gave the wolves their evening meal. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun. The staff are passionate about saving wolves. It was a great experience! If were ever in the area again, we'll go back. We also plan to donate to the facility when we get home.
