Marlins Park, Miami

4.5
#12 of 197 in Things to do in Miami
With its retractable roof, Marlins Park offers spectators the chance to enjoy baseball in a comfortable setting, safely shielded from Miami’s hotter temperatures. Newly opened in 2012, the 37,000-seat stadium offers up various amenities, including a South Beach-inspired nightclub, a swimming pool, and a bobblehead museum. For a taste of local cuisine, grab a Cuban sandwich at the food court. The overall design of the stadium has influences of neomodern, such as the Miami Deco tiles that deck the parking garages and the Joan Miró signature primary colors used to label different zones around the park. • The kids really enjoyed their visit to the ballpark. It is great entertainment for them. The food & drink is pretty expensive. But the tickets are reasonable.  more »

  • I took the family on a Marlins Park tour the last time I was down in Miami, and it was wonderful!! The park is beautiful. It's has lots of special art and photography features. It has, of course, the Marlins HR sculpture, the Clevlander, a huge team store, and the Jose Fernandez memorial wall is out front by team store. You get to see the visiting and home team locker rooms, behind the scenes areas of the park, wall onto the field, take pictures in the dugout, and more! The park is immaculately clean! There is plenty of parking right in front on non game days. All in all, I would recommend you add this tour to your next visit to the Miami area. My tour guide was Bernado. We loved his stories! A++++! I almost forgot! They have a bobble head museum case that is ridiculously cool. Loved that!!
  • Been there ones for a Guns n Roses concert! I thought I bought a ticket to far from the show but you have a great view from each part of the stadium! Nice structure
  • Not a huge fan of baseball but still have so much fun every time I join my friends at the park. Friendly staff, LOVE the fact that you can see the game from any point you stand in the stadium and the lighting is beautiful. Crowd is very interactive and love the beer selection they have throughout.
  • We chose to sit in left field at The Clevelander. Best decision ever. $20 for a hot dog/burger/chicken fingers, fry and 2 beers is unbeatable at a sports game. That you get your food brought to your seat and can get any of the frozen drinks during the entire game and even after is just icing on the cake.
  • Visited this park when I was in town and took the tour. The park is very well kept up and very clean. There are a lot of awesome things to learn on the tour and I recomend anyone who likes baseball and can go, to take the tour. Lots of baseball memorabilia and historical stuff about lots of teams and players.
