  • Great experience - only negative is the drop off area for uber and lyft is not as close to the main entrance as where it should be. The lot attendants weren’t kind and in the middle of frigid temperat...  more »

  • My niece and I had a fantastic stay this past weekend! We were greeted by wonderful staff that went out of their way to be helpful. Our room was gorgeous with a balcony facing inside the hotel. We overlooked the waterfall. Lovely view and sounds. Our meals at the Cascade Restaurant were good and the night we had Sonny as our waiter was exceptional. We had a blast photographing the beautiful scenes.
  • If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels you can check them out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Beautiful place. Check in could have been quicker. Staff was extremely friendly. Holiday decorations were way beyond normal. Takes a bit to learn your way around, place is huge. They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. Parking $29, room fee $20, taxes are crazy, restaurants are above average $$$$ rooms with a view, EXTRA. Water park wasn't open yet so that may a good attraction for kids but I'm sure there will be $$$'s for that as well.
  • If you are coming for a view stay away from m2120, billed as a room to enjoy the lights of the nativity, it was a view of the utilities. Kept the window closed as there were no more rooms available at the inn - so to speak. If you came for the experience elsewhere, well done!!! Beautiful lights and layout. If you came for the food stay away from the Jack Daniels restaurant. Merry Christmas
  • Visiting the hotel especially around Christmastime is such a beautiful experience. It's a massive place with cool little shops and restaurants and may take at least a couple hours to see it all. During Christmas they decorate it with millions of lights and it's so bright that you can't help get in the holiday spirit. There are a few activities going on too on site. It's family friendly, couples friendly, or if you just want to go for a long stroll... this is a cool spot.
  • Came to the Gaylord Hotel to see all the Christmas lights. First time here. Wow. Wow. Wow! Absolutely gorgeous! We did get lost at one point and a hotel worker was very kind and told us where we needed to go and even offered more information and was willing to stand with us and answer any of our questions. Highly recommend coming here for a coffee date or dinner! Well maintained for the amount of people here to. Not trashy at all!
