  • This place is such a gem. Really great museum, you can get through quickly (or slowly!) with well-done exhibits encompassing the times and Johnny Cash's life. It had me tearing up and reflecting the beautiful, brokenness that is life. Rest in peace Johnny. God bless
  • The John Cash Museum is a great museum to catch in downtown Nashville. It is easy to walk to and find from Broadway. The museum is small compared to the sprawling and multiple Dollywood exhibits and theaters or Graceland, but it has a good variety of displays from Johnny's roots to his grand good byes and exit. This man is an icon of America and a huge influence on American music. This museum is a great way to delve into the history of Country Music and see how one man made hit music through 6 decades!
  • Visit this place before you die. What an incredible museum. No single detail about Johnny Cash is glossed over here. There's private letters even from his military days. Johnny Cash really understood the common man, and you will find that this museum will make you feel more connected to Mr. Cash than ever before, which makes leaving the hardest part. Everything comes full circle as you walk towards the end. Hurt plays on repeat, you find out that his historic home was burnt to the ground, and you have to part ways. Your heart feels heavy because your appreciation for what Johnny Cash gave the world grows deeper. This was a transformative visit for me, life changing.
  • Loved the museum, we took the kids and it was a great time. The only thing we didn't like about the experience was that there were too many people in the same area at one time. It was hard to really get in and read some of the history with so many people and not a lot of space. However I would go back again.
  • Ran us through like cattle. Hot and nasty inside. The info was great, but they run you down a hallway to start with info to read - a lot to read! - on both sides. Leaving you stuck waiting for slower readers or being pushy as a faster reader. Wish I would have had more time to check out both sides.
