You can spend a few hours or a whole day here. The restaurants are not cheap but are reasonable and interesting. Be sure to check out the furniture floor  more »

I have been dying to visit this museum for so long! The experience was beyond amazing. I loved everything from the art to the structure of the building itself right down the the phenomenal gift shop!  more »

Museum very interesting for those who love the arts contemporary but quite expensive for a family: € 25 per adult. The visit is still spectacular, is stunned by the variety of works.

Yes, they have great works of art, but I expected more, especially for the amount of space and the hype this place gets. The audio tour sucks (luckily it's free), couldn't get the apparatus to work whatsoever. It made no sense! You could click on random articles it had available, but if you wanted to hear about the particular room you were in, or follow a suggested route the machine is supposedly capable of giving, you just couldn't get it! Ellis Island had a much simpler and effective audio tour thingy. I was disappointed with the $30 bucks I spent to go here. Should've gone to another museum. You can tour this place in under 2h easily.

This was my first visit to this museum and I got impressed. The first thing you should do is buy the tickets online so you don't have to make the lines and find special deals. It will take you at least 2 hours to see the 5th floor with serene and review all the pieces like they merit. Have self-control because this is the most crowded floor and there will be a lot of people specially around the most well known artworks. The people at the exhibits are kind and won't be over you as long as you don't cross the lines or try to touch. It's a Museum so don't touch anything. You can take pictures, no flash. Appreciate this delightful museum every day if you can.

Rude attendents. Seriously you guys need to get a life. Interesting visit to say the least. They had these benches that were made by prisoners. They had them placed without any display barriers yet had an attendant just waiting to pounce on everyone that tried to sit. It was hilarious. They were in fact putting on a show without knowing it. Actually modern art includes have canvas that actually has nothing on it. I missed my calling!

MoMa is a great place to visit any day of the week. I would recommend that you check the schedule of events to learn about the great events and guests that frequent the museum. If you are looking for a respite from the loud city, head to the outdoor sculpture garden and cafe areas. Peace awaits.

This is one of the best designed museums in the world. Collection is amazing, but do not take my word for it, just come and take a look around. "Suggested donation" is not really a huge concern, just may make you feel uncomfortable. I'm also not a huge fun a the lighting here, since you get almost no right angle to view large pictures.
