  • I always include the pier in my walks when visiting Santa Barbara. It is a scenic spot where you can fish at the far end. There are restaurants and trinket shops (even a palm reader!) out there, but I...  more »
  • Nice view of the city, beach, and mountains. Went in the morning and enjoyed the emptiness. Interesting to note, with 5 public bathrooms, e realized that was four more than we saw at#lax. Nice job SB.  more »
  • This is a wonder place for sitting and watching boats, pelicans and folks fishing. You can get a latte and sit out on the dock. Great food too at Harbor Restaurant and fun wine tasting at Deep Sea win...  more »

  • Bathrooms located in two different spots on the pier besides the ones inside the restaurants and the sea life center. You must go to the Sea life center. Be sure to stop first at the Santa Barbara Visitor Center to get the map for tourists which has a $2 off coupon per person to the sea life center. I was also surprised at how little the parking cost on the pier, especially compared to other peers like Santa Monica. I believe the first 90 minutes was free and then it's only a dollar fifty per hour after that. The views were very nice and it was fun to stroll and get ice cream and see the shops.
  • Beautiful pier over looking the harbor. This was my first visit here and it was a great time. The food was excellent and general atmosphere was welcoming and laid back. I drove up from Los Angeles for the day and I would do it again. I can't wait to go back and have some crab legs looking out to the harbor and sipping a nice cold one. Perfect for a day or weekend getaway. Go the restaurant on the pier end, dont walks away after you sign in for seating, they will skip you.
  • Classic, wharf/pier. You can actually drive out on this wooden pier and park for free for 90 min. Plenty of time to get unique views of Santa Barbara and stroll around the cute shops and get some food or ice cream. Don't miss it if your in the area.
  • I think it is the longest wharf that I’ve ever been. You literally feel in the ocean. Not much of events going on like in San Francisco fisherman’s wharf but it is perfect just to watch the ocean and birds. Relaxing experience.
  • The restaurants and shops are a bit pricy but it's very understandable as its on top of the sea. The parking is free if u leave within 75 min if i remember correctly. It's pretty crazy how these wooden planks can support tons of weight from the cars and trucks. There are supposed to be seals but i didnt see any. Also they should have that seafood soup that comes in a bread bowl.
