Old military relics, pristine white sand, and clear water paint a pretty picture at Gun Beach, but the real showstoppers hide beneath the surface of the sea. The beach remains one of Guam's best snorkeling and scuba spots, with a brightly colored reef teeming with marine life and a deep trench just beyond providing excellent conditions for diving. If you don't feel like exploring the deep blue, walk along to the northern end of the shore to admire the Japanese gun from World War II. Expect to hear loud music blasting from the nearby beach bar. Beautiful beach!!! Snorkeling was fun with large varieties of beautiful live corals and colorful fish! An easy hike to FaiFai beach, but you have to wade in the water to go through because the gun emplacement trail is out of commission for a while. The water is shallow enough—I saw little kids with parents doing it. Drivers can use the additional parking area for Nikki hotel—great times had by all!!
