Originally little more than a simple camp constructed to house workers who built a nearby dam on the Colorado River, Page is now a popular stop for travelers preparing a trip to Arizona's canyon country.
Start off your visit on the 14th (Sat): take in breathtaking views at Antelope Canyon. On the 15th (Sun), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: explore the striking landscape at Coyote Buttes, explore the striking landscape at Rainbow Bridge National Monument, and then look for gifts at Big Lake Trading Post.

On the 19th (Thu), trek along Doe Mountain Trail, then stroll through Fay Canyon Trail, and then take in the spiritual surroundings of Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: take in the spiritual surroundings of Chapel of the Holy Cross, then look for all kinds of wild species at V-Bar-V Heritage Site, and then steep yourself in history at Riordan Mansion State Historic Park.

Drive from Grand Canyon National Park to Sedona in 2.5 hours. In September, Sedona is somewhat warmer than Grand Canyon National Park - with highs of 85°F and lows of 63°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 20th (Fri) so you can go by car to Scottsdale.

On the 21st (Sat), identify plant and animal life at Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center, stop by Watson's Hat Shop, then take in the awesome beauty at Spur Cross Ranch, and finally take in the exciting artwork at Elan Wollitzer Gallery.
