Although Badlands National Park's name might not be the most inviting, its landscape of pinnacles, eroded buttes, spires, and an expansive, pristine mixed-grass prairie remain enticing.
Spend the 14th (Wed) exploring nature at Badlands National Park. And it doesn't end there: admire all the interesting features of Loop Road, explore the striking landscape at Yellow Mounds Overlook, tour the pleasant surroundings at Door Trail, and explore the striking landscape of Burns Basin Overlook.

Spend the 18th (Sun) surrounded by wildlife at Grand Teton. There's lots more to do: tour the pleasant surroundings at Taggart Lake, hike along Jenny Lake Trail, don't miss a visit to Schwabacher Landing, and steep yourself in history at Mormon Row Historic District.
