An internationally known ski resort, Steamboat Springs sits in the shadow of Mount Werner in north central Colorado.
Kick off your visit on the 18th (Fri): contemplate the long history of Tread of Pioneers Museum and then take in the dramatic scenery at Fish Creek Falls.
