Telluride

The town of Telluride is the county seat and most populous town of San Miguel County in the southwestern portion of the U.S. On the 26th (Sat), don't miss a visit to Idarado Mine, get outside with Middleton Motorsports, then steep yourself in history at Yankee Girl Mine, and finally explore the activities along San Miguel River.

Paradise Valley to Telluride is an approximately 8-hour car ride. You can also do a combination of car and flight. In September, Telluride is much colder than Paradise Valley - with highs of 66°F and lows of 45°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 27th (Sun) so you can travel to Colorado Springs.
