Known as a ski resort town, Aspen's history goes back to its roots as a silver-mining village tucked away in an isolated valley of the Rocky Mountains.
Step off the beaten path and head to Aspen Mountain / Ajax and Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness Area. Next up on the itinerary: hit the slopes at Aspen Snowmass and appreciate the history behind The John Denver Sanctuary.

The Town of Frisco is a Home Rule Municipality in Summit County, Colorado, United States. On the 3rd (Thu), fly down the slopes at Copper Mountain and then fly down the slopes at Frisco Adventure Park. Here are some ideas for day two: relax and rejuvenate at some of the top local wellness centers, then get all the information you need at Breckenridge Welcome Center, and then indulge your thirst for a good beer at Broken Compass Brewery & Tap House.
