Expect a bit warmer temperatures when traveling from Crystal River in February; daily highs in Key West reach 30°C and lows reach 23°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 16th (Fri) early enough to go by car to Key Largo.

Traveling from Key West in February, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be slightly colder in Key Largo, with lows of 19°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 17th (Sat) to allow enough time to drive to Marco Island.
