Fewer than 400 people call Keystone home year-round, but the population explodes in summer when crowds flock to nearby Mount Rushmore.

Van Buren to Keystone is an approximately 7-hour combination of car and flight. You can also drive. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 1 hour traveling from Van Buren to Keystone. The town of West Yellowstone has served as a gateway to Yellowstone National Park since the early 1900s.
Start off your visit on the 20th (Mon): have some family-friendly fun at Madison Avenue Old Time Photos, then identify plant and animal life at Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center, and then see what you can catch with a fishing tour.

Traveling from Keystone in July, expect little chillier with lows of 39°F in West Yellowstone. Finish your sightseeing early on the 21st (Tue) so you can drive to Gardiner.

Bozeman is a city in and the county seat of Gallatin County, Montana, United States, in the southwestern part of the state. Get in touch with nature at Fishing Charters & Tours and Beehive Basin Trail. Downtown Bozeman and The Soldiers Chapel will appeal to history buffs. Get out of town with these interesting Bozeman side-trips: Big Sky (Big Sky Resort & Horseback Riding Tours) and Three Forks (Missouri Headwaters State Park & Lewis & Clark Caverns State Park).
