Chicago to Las Vegas is an approximately 6-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of train and bus. You'll gain 2 hours traveling from Chicago to Las Vegas due to the time zone difference. Prepare for much hotter weather when traveling from Chicago in March: high temperatures in Las Vegas hover around 74°F and lows are around 52°F. Phoenix is the capital and most populous city of the U.S. Start off your visit on the 28th (Sat): examine the collection at Musical Instrument Museum and then see Off-Road Tours.
