Crown Jewel of Maui

Once the booming capital of the Hawaiian Kingdom, the tropical paradise of Lahaina still remains one of Maui's top vacation attractions, providing both culture and recreation.
Explore hidden gems such as Kapalua Coastal Trail and Baby Beach. Kids will enjoy Kamaole Beach Park II and Ho'okipa Beach Park. Hana

Hana is one of the most isolated communities in Hawaii, with a permanent population of just over 1,000 people.
Start off your visit on the 28th (Fri): cruise along Hana Highway - Road to Hana. On your second day here, kick back and relax at Red Sand Beach - Kaihalulu Beach, kick back and relax at Honokalani Black Sand Beach, then make a trip to Charles Lindbergh's Grave, and finally ride a horse along Pipiwai Trail.

You can drive from Lahaina to Hana in 3 hours. Other options are to do a combination of bus and car; or fly. Expect a daytime high around 86°F in May, and nighttime lows around 68°F. You will have some time to spend on the 30th (Sun) before leaving for home.
