Indianapolis to Lahaina is an approximately 12-hour flight. The time zone changes from Eastern Standard Time to Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time, which is usually a -5 hour difference. Traveling by flight from Lahaina to Hana takes 2 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of bus and taxi. In July, daily temperatures in Hana can reach 89°F, while at night they dip to 72°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 15th (Sat) so you can fly back home.
