Situated on the westernmost point of the Lake Superior, Duluth represents a booming port city.
Attractions like Minnesota's North Shore Scenic Drive and Lakewalk make great kid-friendly stops. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Duluth: Two Harbors (Split Rock Lighthouse & Gooseberry Falls State Park). The adventure continues: take in the views from Aerial Lift Bridge, explore the galleries of Glensheen, The Historic Congdon Estate, head outdoors with Outdoor Activities, and walk around Enger Park.

Oklahoma City to Duluth is an approximately 7-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a bus. Expect slightly colder temperatures when traveling from Oklahoma City in July; daily highs in Duluth reach 75°F and lows reach 59°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 27th (Wed) so you can fly to Bloomington.

You can fly from Duluth to Bloomington in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In July, Bloomington is somewhat warmer than Duluth - with highs of 83°F and lows of 65°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 1st (Mon) so you can catch the flight back home.
