If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiport is Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. In February, plan for daily highs up to 84°F, and evening lows to 73°F. On the 18th (Thu), you're off to Rincon.

Fajardo is a small city and municipality in Puerto Rico (U.S.) located in the east region of the island, bordering the Atlantic Ocean, north of Ceiba and east of Luquillo. On the 21st (Sun), add some adventure to your tour with a kayaking and canoeing tour, then enjoy the sand and surf at Luquillo Beach, and then kick your exploration up a notch at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 22nd (Mon): delve into the lush surroundings at El Yunque Rain Forest.

Traveling by car from Rincon to Fajardo takes 3 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or do a combination of car and shuttle. February in Fajardo sees daily highs of 83°F and lows of 73°F at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 23rd (Tue) early enough to ride a ferry to Culebra.

With much of Culebra a nature refuge, the tropical island has been protected from overdevelopment, chain hotels, and the cruise set.
