Walled City

Founded by the Spanish in 1521, San Juan is the oldest city under U.S. jurisdiction and one of the oldest in the Americas.
On the 14th (Sun), get outside with Outdoor Activities, glide peacefully along the water with some of the best stand-up paddleboarding in the area, and then let your taste buds guide you at a local gastronomic tour. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: take an in-depth tour of Museum of History, Anthropology and Art, contemplate the long history of Old San Juan, then steep yourself in history at Sitio Histórico de San Juan, and finally pause for some serene contemplation at Parroquia Sagrado Corazon de Jesus.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiport is Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. In November, plan for daily highs up to 87°F, and evening lows to 76°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 16th (Tue) to allow time to drive to Aguadilla.
