The largest city on the Mississippi River, Memphis bills itself as both the "Birthplace of Rock" and "Home of the Blues." With such a rich musical heritage, it shouldn't come as a surprise that Elvis Presley chose to live in Memphis during his later years.
You've now added River City Pedalers to your itinerary. Kick off your visit on the 6th (Mon): examine the collection at Graceland, get engrossed in the history at National Civil Rights Museum - Lorraine Motel, and then contemplate the long history of Sun Studio. On your second day here, test your problem-solving skills at popular escape rooms, get to know the resident critters at Memphis Zoo, go all around town with River City Pedalers, then look for gifts at Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid, and finally get a new perspective on nature at Ducks Unlimited Waterfowling Heritage Center.
