The gateway to Utah's popular canyon country, Moab sits engulfed in the middle of desert wilderness.
Step out of the city life by going to Arches National Park and River Rafting & Tubing. Serving as a gateway to the adjacent Bryce Canyon National Park, the tiny town of Bryce draws outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers all year round.
On the 2nd (Thu), explore the striking landscape at Bryce Amphitheatre, trek along Rim Trail, and then head outdoors with Red Canyon Trail Rides.

Traveling by car from Monument Valley to Bryce takes 4.5 hours. Prepare for little chillier weather when traveling from Monument Valley in June: high temperatures in Bryce hover around 79°F and lows are around 40°F. Springdale

Located just outside Zion National Park, Springdale's 600 residents welcome thousands of visitors a year to their tiny town.
Step out of the city life by going to Zion National Park and Zion Canyon Scenic Drive. Step out of Springdale to go to Kanab and see Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, which is approximately 1 hour away. There's lots more to do: hike along Angel's Landing, get a taste of the local shopping with Worthington Gallery, and take an exotic tour of Zion Jeep Tours.

Traveling by car from Bryce to Springdale takes 2 hours. Plan for a bit warmer temperatures traveling from Bryce in June, with highs in Springdale at 94°F and lows at 50°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 5th (Sun) early enough to catch the flight to Salt Lake City.

Utah's capital and most populous city, Salt Lake City boasts a small-town feel, big-city amenities, and plenty of nature on its doorstep.
Kick off your visit on the 6th (Mon): contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Salt Lake Temple, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Temple Square, and then take in the spiritual surroundings of The Tabernacle. Getting from Springdale to Salt Lake City by flight takes about 3 hours. Other options: drive; or do a combination of car, bus, and train. While traveling from Springdale, expect a bit cooler days and somewhat warmer nights in Salt Lake City, ranging from highs of 89°F to lows of 62°F. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 7th (Tue) to allow enough time to fly back home.
