Stowe bustles in winter when skiers and snowboarders flock here to challenge themselves on the long, steep trails careening down Vermont's tallest peak, Mt.
Start off your visit on the 3rd (Mon): stroll the grounds of Hope Cemetery, then view the masterpieces at Ziemke Glass Blowing Studio, then get outside with Bingham Falls, and finally take a memorable drive along Toll Rd. Here are some ideas for day two: contemplate the long history of Tea at the Governor's House, take in breathtaking views at Sterling Falls Gorge, sample the tasty concoctions at The Alchemist, then trek along Stowe Recreation Path, and finally snap pictures at Gold Brook Covered Bridge (Emily's Covered Bridge).

Quechee is a census-designated place and one of five unincorporated villages in the town of Hartford, Windsor County, Vermont, United States. Your inner history buff will appreciate President Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site and Calvin Coolidge Homestead. Get in touch with nature at Montshire Museum of Science and Balloon Rides.
