Despite its relatively small size, Sedona overflows with tourist appeal.
Kick off your visit on the 7th (Sun): take a stroll through Historic Old Town Cottonwood. Keep things going the next day: see the sky in a new way at Sedona Star Gazing, admire the majestic nature at Riordan Mansion State Historic Park, and then trek along West Fork Oak Creek Trail.

You can drive from Sedona to Prescott in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of bus and taxi; or take a shuttle. Traveling from Sedona in July, expect little chillier with lows of 64°F in Prescott. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 11th (Thu) so you can go by car to Grand Canyon National Park.

Originally little more than a simple camp constructed to house workers who built a nearby dam on the Colorado River, Page is now a popular stop for travelers preparing a trip to Arizona's canyon country.
On the 15th (Mon), identify plant and animal life at Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. On the next day, admire the engineering at Glen Canyon Dam Overlook, see human ingenuity at work at Glen Canyon Dam, and then explore the striking landscape at Rainbow Bridge National Monument.
