City of Firsts

A major center for tourism and travel, Baltimore is famous as the city where amateur poet Francis Scott Key wrote the lyrics for the United States' national anthem.
Get out of town with these interesting Baltimore side-trips: Washington DC (Jefferson Memorial, National Air and Space Museum, &more), Glenview Mansion (in Rockville) and The Basilica of Saint Mary (in Alexandria). There's still lots to do: try your luck at Horseshoe Casino, take in the pleasant sights at Longwood Gardens, take in the waterfront activity at Inner Harbor, and witness the site of a historic battle at Gettysburg National Military Park.

You can plan Baltimore trip in no time by asking Inspirock to help create your itinerary.

San Francisco to Baltimore is an approximately 7.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a bus. The time zone changes from Pacific Standard Time (PST) to Eastern Standard Time (EST), which is usually a 3 hour difference. In April, plan for daily highs up to 67°F, and evening lows to 49°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 8th (Fri) so you can travel back home.
