Western White House of President Gerald Ford

Originally built as a base for Vail Ski Resort, the town of Vail has blossomed into its own destination, but still has less than 6,000 permanent residents.
Kick off your visit on the 12th (Fri): admire the natural beauty at Betty Ford Alpine Gardens and then trek along Booth Falls Trail. Keep things going the next day: examine the collection at National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum and then get interesting insight from Tours.
