Laurel is a city in and the second county seat of Jones County, Mississippi, United States. Get out of town with these interesting Laurel side-trips: Hattiesburg (Paul B. Fairhope is a city in Baldwin County, Alabama, United States, on a sloping plateau, along the cliffs and shoreline of Mobile Bay. Change things up with a short trip to Fort Pickens Area in Pensacola Beach (about 1h 5 min away). There's still lots to do: take a leisurely stroll along Fairhope Municipal Pier, look for all kinds of wild species at Weeks Bay Reserve, admire the majestic nature at Historic Blakeley Park, and make a trip to Fairhope Avenue.
