Chimayo

Chimayó is a census-designated place (CDP) in Rio Arriba and Santa Fe counties in the U.S. Kick off your visit on the 22nd (Mon): look for all kinds of wild species at Valles Caldera National Preserve and then engage your brain at Bradbury Science Museum. On your second day here, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at El Santuario de Chimayo, pause for some serene contemplation at Santo Nino Chapel, and then delve into the distant past at Puye Cliff Dwellings.
