Fargo is the most populous city in the state of North Dakota, accounting for over 15% of the state population. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Fargo: Barnes County Historical Society (in Valley City), Chahinkapa Zoo (in Wahpeton) and Fort Abercrombie (in Abercrombie). Next up on the itinerary: tee off at Edgewood Golf, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Sts. Anne & Joachim Catholic Church, and make a trip to Bagg Bonanza Farm.

Grand Forks is the third-largest city in the State of North Dakota (after Fargo and Bismarck) and is the county seat of Grand Forks County. On the 14th (Wed), stroll around Memorial Park, look for gifts at Widman's Candy Shop, and then join the crowd at River Cities Speedway. On the next day, play a few rounds at King's Walk Golf Course, then get engrossed in the history at Grand Forks County Historical Society Myra Museum, and then gain insight at University of North Dakota.

Bismarck is the capital of the U.S. Get out of town with these interesting Bismarck side-trips: Lake Sakakawea State Park (in Mercer) and Dinosaurs of the Prairie (in Napoleon). There's lots more to do: take an in-depth tour of North Dakota Heritage Center & State Museum, ponder the world of politics at North Dakota State Capitol Building, grab your bike and head to Keelboat Park, and steep yourself in history at On-A-Slant Village.

Medora is a city in Billings County, North Dakota, United States. Go for a jaunt from Medora to Theodore Roosevelt National Park to see Elkhorn Ranch Site about 42 minutes away. Spend the 20th (Tue) exploring nature at Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The adventure continues: explore and take pictures at South Unit, contemplate the long history of Von Hoffman House, get to know the fascinating history of Painted Canyon Overlook, and trek along Caprock-Coulee Trail.
