More than just one of the nation's top business centers, Columbus is a mixture of many different parts of America, situated at the spot where the so-called "Bible Belt" meets the varied cultures of the Great Plains and Appalachia.
Start off your visit on the 30th (Sun): kick your exploration up a notch at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks, then appreciate the history behind Grounds of Remembrance, and then have some family-friendly fun at Columbus Axe Throwing. Here are some ideas for day two: see the interesting displays at Granville Historical Society, take in nature's colorful creations at Dawes Arboretum, then examine the collection at Wagner-Hagans Auto Museum, and finally test your problem-solving skills at popular escape rooms.

National Museum of the US Air Force and Cincinnati Museum Center will appeal to museum buffs. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Cincinnati: Miami Valley Gaming (in Lebanon) and The Wright Cycle Company Complex (in Dayton).
