Start off your visit on the 23rd (Tue): find something for the whole family at Hersheypark. On your second day here, get engrossed in the history at Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, contemplate the long history of The Amish Farm and House, steep yourself in history at Ephrata Cloister, then see the interesting displays at Landis Valley Museum, and finally snap pictures at Hunsecker Mill Covered Bridge.
