Getting from Isla de Vieques to San Juan by flight takes about 2 hours. Other options: do a combination of ferry and car; or do a combination of ferry and shuttle. In February, daily temperatures in San Juan can reach 34°C, while at night they dip to 26°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 17th (Sat) early enough to go by car to Ponce.

Ponce is both a city and a municipality in the southern part of Puerto Rico. On the 18th (Sun), take in the waterfront at La Guancha, stop by Plaza del Caribe, then pause for some photo ops at Museo Castillo Serralles, and finally see the interesting displays at Parque de Bombas.
