Many visitors describe their Charleston holiday as a warm embrace by an old, dear friend--who lived about 200 years ago.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Robert Lange Studios and Nathaniel Russell House. Do your shopping at One Of A Kind and Six Mile Antique Mall. For shopping fun, head to Mark of the Potter or Dickey Farms. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Hickory Flat Pottery and Skylake Galleries. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Atlanta: Helen (Unicoi State Park & Anna Ruby Falls), Little White House (in Warm Springs) and Old Sautee Store (in Sautee Nacoochee).
