On the 14th (Fri), explore the striking landscape at Glacier Point, make a trip to Yosemite Conservation Heritage Center, then explore the striking landscape at El Capitan, and finally take in the dramatic scenery at Yosemite Falls. Step out of the city life by going to Moonstone Beach and Elephant Seal Rookery. Get a sense of the local culture at Hearst Castle and Hearst Ranch Winery. You'll find plenty of places to visit near San Simeon: Big Sur (Pfeiffer State Beach, McWay Falls, & more). There's still lots to do: hike along Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, kick back and relax at Piedras Blancas, admire all the interesting features of Moonstone Beach Dr, and take in the waterfront at San Simeon Pier.
