The town of West Yellowstone has served as a gateway to Yellowstone National Park since the early 1900s.
Start off your visit on the 17th (Fri): look for all kinds of wild species at Firehole Canyon Drive, witness a stunning natural landmark at Grand Prismatic Spring, and then witness a stunning natural landmark at Old Faithful. Kalispell is a city in, and the county seat of Flathead County, Montana, United States. Kids will enjoy River Rafting & Tubing and Sunti World Art Gallery. Explore Kalispell's surroundings by going to Depot Park (in Columbia Falls), Hidden Lake (in West Glacier) and Glacier National Park (Grinnell Glacier, Highline Trail, &more). There's still lots to do: immerse yourself in nature at Flathead Lake State Park, don't miss a visit to Whitefish Depot, contemplate the waterfront views at Flathead Lake, and walk around Lone Pine State Park.
