Heart of the Florida Keys

A tiny city just 16 km (10 mi) long, Marathon is spread across several islands in the middle of the Florida Keys.
Kick off your visit on the 30th (Sun): kick back and relax at Bahia Honda State Park. Keep things going the next day: tour the pleasant surroundings at Dolphin Research Center, then stroll through The Turtle Hospital, and then get outside with Outdoor Activities.

Start off your visit on the 3rd (Thu): kick back and relax at Ormond Beach, tour the pleasant surroundings at Beach at Daytona Beach, then stop by Angell & Phelps Chocolate Factory, and finally visit a coastal fixture at Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum.
