Kāneohe is a census-designated place (CDP) included in the City and County of Honolulu and located in Hawaii state District of Koolaupoko on the island of Oahu. Explore hidden gems such as Lanikai Beach and Byodo-In Temple. Get some historical perspective at USS Arizona Memorial and Valley of the Temples. Take a break from Kaneohe with a short trip to Koko Crater Railway Trail in Honolulu, about 38 minutes away. There's still lots to do: examine the collection at USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park, stop by Manoa Chocolate Hawaii, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Kane'ohe Bay.

You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Wailea Beach and Po'olenalena Beach. You'll discover tucked-away gems like Makena Beach and Pa'ako Beach (Secret Cove).
