Theme Park Capital of the World

For most people, any mention of Orlando immediately conjures up images of sprawling theme parks filled with characters plucked right out of popular animated movies.
Family-friendly places like Walt Disney World Resort and Lake Eola Park will thrill your kids. Discover out-of-the-way places like Stetson Mansion and Cinderella Castle. Explore Orlando's surroundings by going to Fishing Charters & Tours (in Port Canaveral), American Space Museum & Space Walk of Fame (in Titusville) and Merritt Island (Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge & Space Shuttle Atlantis). Pack the 29th (Sun) with family-friendly diversions at Universal Orlando Resort. Pack the 28th (Sat) with family-friendly diversions at Universal's Islands of Adventure. There's much more to do: contemplate the waterfront views at Crystal River, look for all kinds of wild species at Safari Wilderness, discover the magic at Avatar Flight of Passage, and don't miss a visit to Tree of Life.
